Staying active is an essential part of my everyday life. I go jogging two to three times a week – preferably out in nature. Yoga is also a regular part of my routine, offering me balance, strength, and a sense of calm.
When it comes to food, I’m easygoing and open to trying new things. I particularly enjoy fish and oysters – and I have a definite weakness for creative, indulgent desserts.
